3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged a full session.

Late arrivals will forfeit that time, as extended sessions cannot be accommodated.

Repeated missed appointments may affect your ability to book future sessions.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Outstanding balances must be resolved before scheduling additional sessions.
