SERVICES

We treat the entire body, the whole person, not just symptoms or a diagnosis. Each individualized treatment is designed to address the root cause of your issue.

01

BODY WORK

John Barnes Myofascial Release is a hands- on treatment method that directly targets the fascial restrictions in your body, gently without force. It consists of slow sustained pressure into your body's fascia allowing for elongation and release of restricted tissues. Myofascial release restores your body to it's natural fluid state.

Craniosacral Fascial Therapy is the work of Dr. Barry Gillespie. Based on his theory that the Craniosacral and Fascial systems are not separated, but one interconnected system, CFT blends two established modalities: Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Release, into a single, highly effective therapy. CFT techniques are designed to gentle unwind accumulated fascial strain, allowing optimal mobility and therefore better brain function. When the Craniosacral Fascial system is loose and open, there is optimal flow of cerebrospinal fluid to help nourish the body and cleanse toxins.

 PELVIC FLOOR THERAPY

The pelvic floor is a complex system of muscles, ligaments and connective tissue that supports the pelvic organs and provides urine and stool control.  When any of these components are not functioning properly it can lead to pelvic floor dysfunction which can cause a variety of symptoms. These symptoms can include bladder and bowel incontinence, constipation, low back or pelvic pain, pelvic muscle spasms, urinary frequency, painful intercourse and men's health dysfunction like erectile dysfunction. It is also common in pelvic pain conditions such as interstitial cystits, endometriosis, vaginismus, and vulvodynia. We treat women, men, kids pelvic health.

MYOFUNCTIONAL THERAPY

Myofunctional therapy focuses on correcting tongue posture, strengthening oral muscles, and establishing proper swallowing patterns. By retraining the tongue to rest against the roof of the mouth, we can help alleviate the muscle tension that contributes to TMJD.
